Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and receive your return authorization.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused scooter parts or apparel in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are intact.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
