How do I know which scooter size is right for me?
Generally, the handlebars should sit between your hip and belly button when standing on the deck. We offer a range of sizes from beginner models to pro-level tall bars to ensure every rider finds their perfect fit.
Do Envy Scooters come pre-assembled?
Our scooters arrive 95% assembled. You will typically only need to slide the handlebars onto the fork and tighten the clamp bolts using the provided Allen key.
What is your return policy for performance parts?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that once a part has been installed or shows signs of outdoor use, it is no longer eligible for return.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, with expedited options available at checkout.
Are Envy Scooter parts compatible with other brands?
Many of our parts use industry-standard measurements (such as 110mm/120mm wheels or IHC/SCS compression). However, we always recommend checking specific compatibility charts on our product pages before purchasing.
Does my scooter come with a warranty?
Yes, all Envy Scooters are backed by a limited manufacturer's warranty that covers structural defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, such as flat-spotted wheels or worn-down grip tape.
